How can I find my vehicle´s driver?

Your vehicle's driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals section of the airport with a sign bearing the name of the passenger in whose name you have made the reservation.

What will happen if I am unable to find my driver at the airport?

Use the Customer Service telephone number which you will receive with your reservation confirmation, and they will help you to find your driver.

In the case of Alicante Airport and apart from the above meeting, you can also go to our Lucentum Autos, S.L., offices that are situated within Terminal 1 at ther Ariivals Hall and in front of the Chemist and Tourim Office.

In the event that our flight is delayed, will our transfer vehicle be waiting for me?

Yes. Our drivers check the arrival time of the different flights according to the information made available by the airport.

We do not guarantee the type of vehicle we will offer you for the transfers.Yes, we guarantee that all vehicles asigned will adapt to your requirements and with every guarantee and comfort, will effec the transfer reserved.

Could you give me a contact telephone number if the driver is not waiting for me?

When you make the reservation, you will automatically receive a reservation voucher containing the contact telephone numbers.

Will the transfer service take us to our address of destination or will it drop us at a given point within the city?

The transfer vehicle will take you straight to your the address you have given us in your reservation except in the event of circumstances beyond our control such as road works, fiestas, etc, wich impede vehicles passing, and in wich case you will be taken to the closest point that circumstances will allow.

I do not have a credit card..Can I make a reservation just the same?

We only accept credit card payments. We regret to tell you that we do not accept payments upon arrival, bank transfers or payments in cash.

How much luggage can I take with me during the transfer?

Each passenger is entitled to carry one standard-sized piece of luggage with a maximum weight of twenty kilos (20 kilos) and a piece of hand luggage of up to five kilos (5 kilos).

I still have not received my confirmation e-mail.

1.- You can see your reservation on line and send again your petition voucher by entering the section "customer".

2.- In the event that any unforseen problem makes it impossible to receive it you can send an e-mail ti info@transferbenidorm.com and we will provide you with the best solution for you. But in any case always try the previous point before going to the second.

When booking the transfer..should I write my flight's arrival time considering the time difference?

You should make your reservation indicating to us the landing time in destination and take-off indicated on your air ticket. WITHOUT MODIFICATION. All pick-up times are automatically calculated and they appear confirmed on your voucher.

Will children and babies travel free of charge, or do they have a reduced fare ?

No, all passengers regardless of their being adults, children or babies must pay for their used seat.If you travel with children, Spanish law determines the use of baby charis, height adjusters, etc.

Could we book a transfer with a child chair?

Yes, just tick the number of chairs you need (1 or 2) and fill in your reservation.

We need the vehicle to make more than one stop. How can we do that?

Select the furthermost destination on the route and when you make the reservation you should indicate the other stop on the secction observations. The stops should be on the same route and never on opposite directions.

One person from our party is travelling in a wheel chair. Can we book the transfer?

We distinguish between different types of wheelchairs: manual folding wheelchair,motorized folding wheelchair and electric scooter. Motorised folding wheelchairs and electrical scooters are acceptes subject to the cargo capacity of the vehicle and must be reserved in any case for the 5-7 seaters for a total maximum of 1=4 passengers for the transfer reservation.

Manual folding wheelchairs, reservations are accepted for up to 2 passengers in a 4 seater vehicle.
