TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RESERVATIONS
The following terms and conditions are applicable to passengers who make their reservations with TRANSFERBENIDORM.COM
It is compulsory to make the payment at the moment of making your reservation. Upon making the payment you will receive your transfer voucher via e- mail. Upon your arrival at the airport, you must show this voucher to your driver.

DELAYED FLIGHTS
No extra charge will be incurred for delayed flights as long as you have given the suitable flight information.
TRANSFERBENIDORM.COM are entitled to exclude aboard any person who is under the influence of alcohol and/or may put at risk the drivers, vehicles or other passengers thereof.
Smoking, eating or drinking is not allowed aboard our vehicles.
To comply with Spanish laws, all passengers are entitled to a traveller insurance. The baggage aboard our vehicles is the full responsibility of their proprietors and so, we do not accept any liability for damage or loss.
When you are making a reservation with TRANSFERBENIDORM.COM, you are accepting all terms and conditions. Any disagreement between you and TRANSFERBENIDOR.COM will be subject to Spanish laws and the law courts in Alicante.
